The lottery balls didn't exactly bounce the Knicks way, as Phil Jackson will have the 8th pick to work with in the upcoming NBA Draft and the by the sounds of it, that suits the Knicks President just fine.  Jackson was quoted afterwards as saying, "I think that we're good at what we do".  Make of that what you will, Boomer & Craig shared their feelings about the gloomy Knicks outlook and speculated on what Jackson could have possibly meant.  Over on the baseball diamond, it was business as usual for the locals.  The Yankees beat down the Royals 7-1, while the Mets dropped their sixth in-a-row, a 5-4 loss to the Diamondbacks.  the Mets loss was 'highlighted' if you will, by a breakdown of fundamentals during a rundown.
