'Soccer In The City' Podcast: When Will USMNT Hire Arena's Permanent Replacement?

October 12, 2018 - 2:55 pm

In the latest episode of the "Soccer in the City" podcast, hosts Tom Kolker, Roberto Abramowitz, Glenn Crooks and John Rojas take a close look at the USA-Colombia friendly and ponder whether it is an issue that the U.S. men's national team still does not have a permanent replacement for coach Bruce Arena. Columbus Crew SC coach Greg Berhalter is the likely successor -- if so, shouldn’t he have been hired months ago? Also, Ben Sweat earns his first cap with the USMNT, New York City signs three important players to contract extensions, and Yangel Herrera is for ready to compete and will likely be ready for the playoffs.
