Todd Bowles has a new job after being fired by the Jets. Bowles will join his old pal Bruce Arians and become the defensive coordinator of the Buccaneers, according to Chris Mortensen of ESPN.

Before being hired by the Jets in 2015, Bowles served as Arians' defensive coordinator for two seasons with the Arizona Cardinals. The two first worked together with the Cleveland Browns from 2001-03, when Arians was the offensive coordinator and Bowles was a defensive backs coach.

The Jets fired Bowles on Dec. 30 following a 4-12 season. Bowles went 24-40 over four seasons with New York.

Kacy Rodgers, who served as the Jets' defensive coordinator under Bowles, is also expected to join the Bucs' staff, reported SiriusXM's Alex Marvez.
