Naturally, with Bradshaw being one of the greatest quarterbacks to ever play the game, WFAN's Joe Benigno and Evan Roberts had to get his thoughts on the two New York quarterbacks, Jets signal caller Sam Darnold and Giants rookie Daniel Jones.

But first, they had to have some fun on the Jets, who with their 34-3 win over the Oakland Raiders Sunday, improved to 4-7 on the season and have now won three straight games.

"That surprised me. I didn't see that coming," Bradshaw told Joe and Evan Tuesday morning. "I'll also say I didnt give it much thought! Theyre playing good."

Gang Green selected Darnold with the third overall pick of the 2018 NFL Draft. He missed three games this season recovering from mononucleosis. Sunday, he finished with 315 passing yards, two touchdowns and zero interceptions.

"He was my pick for quarterbacks coming out. I loved him at USC. Loved his delivery and poise...we're so quick to criticize these young quarterbacks. You've gotta give people around him, give him time to go through progressions... there's so much more to it than a running game. You've got to surround him with people. Once you do that, now we can make an observation. Sometimes before we get to that, his confidence is destroyed and he doesn't come back.

The Giants shocked many people this past April, passing on Ohio State quarterback Dwayne Haskins to select Duke quarterback Daniel Jones with the sixth overall pick in the 2019 NFL Draft.

"I never even heard him before they drafted him. You think I'm gonna run to the TV and say oh, Duke is playing Drake today. I've gotta watch that! The only connection I knew was Eli and Peyton and the offensive coach at Duke, the quarterback guru, David Cutcliffe... I've gotta tell you, I like him (Jones) a lot. He's had turnovers but what rookie doesnt... he's got poise.. the Giants made a good choice."
