As the world still adjusts to life during the coronavirus pandemic, the same can be said for National Football League players, trying to stay in shape for the upcoming 2020 season.

Both quarterbacks taken in the top seven picks of the NFL Draft, combined with the fact they play in the same division, Jets quarterback Sam Darnold and Bills quarterback Josh Allen will likely always be attached to one another for years to come.

According to a report from Albert Breer of The MMQB, Darnold, Allen, as well as Washington Redskins quarterback Kyle Allen are all working out together in Southern California.

"The quarterbacks wake up every day and, because all the parks and fields around them are shut down, go throw on the beach by Darnold's house," writes Breer. "After that, they'll go back to the house, eat lunch, play cards, watch TV, play some more cards and eventually watch movies at night. The biggest problems, really, are losing the chance to work with the rehab guy they'd been using, and fighting boredom."

The trio works out together along with throwing coach Jordan Palmer, a quarterback guru, as well as Darnold's USC teammate Matt Lopes. Add in Josh Allen and Kyle Allen's girlfriends and you have a "seven-person quarantine," per Breer.

Allen is coming off a very successful second season, throwing for 3,089 passing yards, 20 touchdowns, and nine interceptions. He also rushed for 510 yards and nine rushing touchdowns. He helped lead the Bills to the postseason for just the second time since 1999.

It was a rollercoaster season for Darnold, who missed three games after being diagnosed with mononucleosis. In his return, he struggled in a 33-0 blowout loss to the rival Patriots. The team only had 154 total yards of offense with Darnold throwing four interceptions and losing a fumble. NFL Films caught audio of Darnold saying he "saw ghosts" while struggling during the game.

Darnold finished with 3,024 passing yards, 19 touchdowns, 13 interceptions as well as two rushing scores. The Jets finished 9-7, failing to make the playoffs for the ninth straight season.
