The Giants have reportedly added some wide receiver depth, signing former first-round draft pick Corey Coleman to their practice squad.

The Athletic's Dan Duggan was the first to report on the signing Thursday.

The 15th overall pick of the draft in 2016 out of Baylor, Coleman, 24, had 56 catches for 718 yards and five touchdowns in two seasons in Cleveland. He was traded to Buffalo in August but was later waived. The Patriots have since signed and released Coleman twice.

Coleman, who worked out for the Jets this week, was a highly prolific wide receiver at Baylor. In his junior year -- his last college season -- he caught 74 passes for 1,363 yards and 20 touchdowns.

The 5-foot-11, 194-pound wideout ran a 4.37 40-yard dash, but those measurables have yet to translate to the pro game.
