The Mets' and Yankees' 2020 schedules are out.

Listen to your team news NOW.

The Mets and Marlins will square off in a three-game series in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The series will be played April 28-30 at Hiram Bithorn Stadium, with the Marlins serving as the host team.

“Puerto Rico has a rich baseball history and passionate baseball fans,” Mets Chief Operating Officer Jeff Wilpon said in a statement, via Newsday.  “We are honored to represent the Mets, and Major League Baseball, and are looking forward to returning to Puerto Rico to play the Marlins in 2020.”

The Mets are no strangers to Puerto Rico. They played there, also against the Marlins, in 2010 and faced the Expos there in 2003 and 2004 when the team now known as the Washington Nationals split their home games between San Juan and Montreal before relocating.

Other highlights on the Mets' schedule:

• They'll host the Nationals on Opening Day on March 26, MLB's earliest starting date ever not counting international games.

• The beginning of their schedule is heavy on rivals -- home vs. Washington, home vs. Phillies, at Washington.

• The Dodgers, who currently own the National League's best record, will visit Flushing May 29-31.

• They'll host the Phillies on Father's Day, June 21.

• After an off day this past July 4, the Mets will host the Padres on the Fourth of July in 2020.

• The Subway Series against the Yankees will be played July 7-8 at Yankee Stadium and July 28-29 at Citi Field.

Like the Mets, the Yankees are playing at a non-traditional site in 2020. As was announced last week, they will face the White Sox on Aug. 20 at the Iowa farm site where the 1989 baseball movie classic "Field of Dreams" was filmed.

Other highlights on the Bronx Bombers' schedule, aside from the aforementioned Subway Series:

• They'll open the season March 26 at Baltimore.

• Their home opener will be April 2 against the Blue Jays.

• Their first meeting against the Red Sox will come in a three-game series at Yankee Stadium from May 8-10.

• They'll host the Chicago Cubs from June 26-28.

• They'll close out the season with seven straight home games against the Astros and Rays, two teams that are currently in position to make the playoffs.
