It's safe to say the Dark Knight will not be returning to Gotham.

Speaking to reporters Tuesday, Matt Harvey said he plans on keeping his options open when he hits free agency for the first time this offseason, with one exception.

"There's only one team out there I would not sign with. That's about it," said Harvey, referring to the Mets.

Harvey was 0-2 with a 7.00 ERA for the Mets this season before the club traded him to Cincinnati for catcher Devin Mesoraco.

Prior to the trade, the Mets had designated Harvey for assignment upon the pitcher refusing to accept a minor league assignment to work out his problems on the mound.

Harvey would go on to make 28 starts for the Reds, going 7-7 with a 4.50 ERA.
