The Giants are coming off one of their toughest losses of the 2018 season.

Despite leading the Eagles 19-3 at one point during Week 12, New York wound up falling to their NFC East rivals by a final score of 25-22, leaving them at 3-8 with just five games remaining.

The loss likely ended New York's slim hopes at making a run towards a spot in the postseason, as the team now trails the Dallas Cowboys by three games. In addition, Big Blue has lost all four division games this year, essentially placing them four games back for the division lead.

Giants quarterback Eli Manning joined "Mike's On" Monday to discuss New York's disappointing Week 12 loss, and how the team is feeling about the rest of the season.

While the postseason is now likely out of reach, don't expect Manning and the Giants to give anything less than 100 percent over the last five weeks of the season.

"We're chasing wins," Manning said when asked if it is hard to motivate the team now that their playoff hopes are likely dead. "We're chasing that feeling, to feel good about the work going in [to each game>. That's the mindset. We're playing a good Bears team. Let's go prove that we can hang with anybody. We've played good teams and hung with them. We can go compete with this team and go play well."
