The Yankees kept things rolling in Cleveland on Thursday night despite a subpar start from Luis Severino. Unfortunately for the Bombers, the red-hot Red Sox also won again and still hold a 3 1/2-game lead in the AL East, with the All-Star break fast approaching.

It was the Nationals who got the best of the Mets, as Boomer and Gio took issue with the Mets skipper, Mickey Callaway, for resting Amed Rosario because Max Scherzer was on the mound.

Lastly, rumors surrounding the Mets' GM search have linked the WFAN boss’ son, Mike Chernoff, to the job -- that according to Jon Heyman. Boomer and Gregg welcomed the aforementioned, Mark Chernoff, into the Investors Bank Studio with the hopes of getting some inside info and perhaps bust some chops.

You know the drill, folks, it’s a Friday, so start actin’ like it.
