Aaron Hicks had a game-ending catch Tuesday night for the ages. With a 14-12 lead in a marathon game in the 10th inning, Hicks make a sensational diving grab to end the game and give the Yankees a wild win in Minnesota over the Twins.

Listen to your team news NOW.

It was a gutsy dive and a heck of a catch in left-center field by Hicks.

"Right when I was getting ready to make my dive, I knew that I was going to make the catch," Hicks told WFAN's Mike Francesa Wednesday. "That was by far the best catch I've ever ended the game with."

You better believe Hicks watched the play over and over after the game

"I watched my catch and my homer. It's one of those things, you gotta be able to enjoy the things that you do on the field," Hicks told Francesa. "As it's going on you kind of black out and after you make the play, you're just full of emotions. To be able to watch the play develop, kind of how all the thoughts that were going through your head while the ball was hit, the little things that made that play work, is what's really special about all that."

The Yankees have had a never say die attitude about them. Their lineup has talent from top to bottom.

"We never feel like we're out of the game," said Hicks. "With this lineup, we always feel like we have an opportunity to score a bunch of runs no matter who is on the mound."
